In keeping with current Victorian Government guidelines:

• We strongly recommend face masks are worn in cinemas.
• Please do not attend a festival event if you are feeling unwell, you are showing symptoms of coronavirus (COVID-19) or if you have tested positive for coronavirus (COVID-19).

If you begin to feel unwell while at an event, please contact a venue staff member immediately. 

The health of our audience and staff is of the highest importance. Some of the protective measures to expect when you attend a session include :

• Paperless ticketing and cashless box offices
• More time between shows so audiences coming out do not mix with audiences waiting to go in
  Regular cleaning and sanitising of our venues and public areas
• Hand sanitiser at venues

You may be entitled to a refund or free entry to another program in these circumstances. Please contact [email protected] a minimum of two (2) hours prior to the screening or event to explore your ticketing options. We will not be able to provide an exchange or refund if you contact us after the session.
